The client’s need was to organize a 3-day conference with international guests and the possibility of holding a Gala dinner with fundraising. Based on the needs described OttoQuattro Eventi carried out a scounting of different locations in Italy according to the required needs of both rooms and space for the realization of the conference.
We were primarily responsible for the organizational secretariat, location surveys and constant dialogue between the client and the chosen hotel.
We organized tours of the City of Palermo for guests for both Italian and international volunteers; arranged transfers to and from Falcone-Borsellino Airport.
Starting then with the opening of the conference organized inside the main theater, we managed and coordinated the different educational and leisure moments, such as workshops, exhibition spaces, coffee breaks, and simultaneous meetings in different rooms also with simultaneous translations in different languages: Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
A Gala Dinner was held in the presence of TV host Alessandro Greco with the aim of raising funds for the association. During the dinner there was no shortage of musical entertainment, interviews, testimonials interspersed with more institutional moments related to the association’s activities. Everything ended with a party with deejay set and drinks.
