Annalisa & Livio’s Wedding

Sposarsi tra i boschi dell'Appennino

An unconventional wedding was Annalisa and Livio’s, with a definitely bucolic atmosphere. The chosen location was a flat area within a forest set up with a Bedouin tent to welcome more than 300 guests, surrounded by cascades of lights and music in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

The wedding in the woods

An unusual wedding, characterized above all by the location: a flat area within a forest in the Apennines where Annalisa and Livio’s special day came to life. The more than 300 guests were welcomed by a Bedouin tent of more than 600 square meters, set up among the trees in which the seating for dinner was placed.

For the table settings, we wanted to create a playful contrast to the very bucolic location with a fairy-tale flavor by creating black lacquered spheres of intertwined branches from which monochromatic floral arrangements emerged, creating a harmony of color starting from the dark purple of the calla lilies to the pure white of the roses that were the protagonists of the bride and groom’s table.

The suspended cakes

Another unconventional element was the cake: not a simple tiered wedding cake, covered and decorated, but rather 7 cakes of different shapes and decorations set up with different risers (made of wood, glass, and ceramic) on a swing, made from an old door, hung from tree branches.
