A wedding full of joy and music at an estate outside Milan
It was an overwhelming wedding exactly like the Balkan rhythms that accompanied the entire day, from Mariglena’s arrival to the civil ceremony, in her stunning white lace gown, to the cutting of the cake.
A rustic location on the outskirts of Milan, far from the chaos of the metropolis. A civil ceremony celebrated half in Italian and half in Albanian. For lunch, on the other hand, made-in-Italy cuisine with a typical Milanese cuisine took center stage. As in the best Mediterranean traditions, every occasion is good to be swept away by the rhythms of Balkan music.
By the pool
To close on a high note, a cake cutting by the pool before reopening the dances and continuing the party.
